The Suryanamaskar Project - 2025 is an initiative by the Haryana Yog Aayog to promote physical, mental, and spiritual well-being through the practice of Suryanamaskar (Sun Salutation). It aims to raise awareness about yoga and encourage participation across Haryana

The project is open to all an individual, Department, Organization, Institution including students, teachers, professionals, homemakers, and senior citizens

Participants can register through the official Suryanamaskar website i.e. suryanamaskarharyana.in. Simply fill out the online registration form and follow the instructions provided

No, participation in the Suryanamaskar Project - 2025 is completely free of charge.

No prior experience is necessary. The program is designed for participants of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners

Yes, there are some Precautions. For Pregnant Ladies, Public under Treatment & Person who have undergone through surgery must consult to their doctor before participating in this Project.

Yes, all active participants who complete 6 days Process and also tick the given column daily for 6 days will receive a certificate from the website itself.

The project will run from 12th Jan 2025 to 12th Feb 2025, with various milestones and events scheduled at regular intervals
